BazaarAAO is a digital marketplace and local discovery platform operated by Media Wagon. The platform enables users to discover businesses, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, products, services, and other local offerings. Businesses and sellers may create listings to showcase their products and services to potential customers. BazaarAAO acts primarily as a platform connecting buyers and sellers and does not necessarily own, manufacture, or sell products listed by third-party sellers. By accessing or using BazaarAAO, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and all applicable policies.
Users must be 18 years of age or older, or use the platform with appropriate parental or legal guardian consent. They are responsible for providing accurate and complete registration information and to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials for the activities conducted through their account. BazaarAAO may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized activities.
Sellers must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date business information. Sellers are responsible for the authenticity of their business details, product descriptions, prices, images, availability, and other information. Sellers must have all necessary licenses, permissions, registrations, and legal rights required to offer their products or services. Sellers must not upload misleading, fraudulent, counterfeit, prohibited, or unlawful products or information. BazaarAAO reserves the right to review, modify, restrict, or remove listings that violate its policies or applicable laws.
Product information displayed on BazaarAAO is provided by the respective seller unless otherwise stated. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that product descriptions, specifications, prices, images, availability, and other information are accurate. Customers should review product information carefully before placing an order or contacting a seller. BazaarAAO does not independently guarantee the quality, authenticity, legality, safety, or suitability of third-party products and services.
Orders or enquiries placed through the platform may result in a transaction between the customer and the respective seller. The seller is responsible for accepting, processing, fulfilling, and delivering the order, unless BazaarAAO expressly provides these services. Product availability and pricing may change without prior notice. BazaarAAO may cancel, restrict, or refuse an order in cases involving product unavailability, suspected fraud, technical errors, policy violations, or other legitimate reasons. The contractual relationship relating to the sale of a product or service is primarily between the buyer and seller.
Prices displayed on the platform shall be shown in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, platform charges, or other fees may apply where applicable. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their pricing information is accurate. Where BazaarAAO facilitates payments, transactions will be processed through the applicable payment gateway or payment service provider. Users are not permitted to use fraudulent, unauthorized, or unlawful payment methods.
BazaarAAO may offer different paid and free plans for businesses. Subscription benefits and limitations depend on the plan selected by the seller. Paid subscriptions must be paid according to the applicable pricing and payment terms. Subscription fees, features, product limits, image limits, and category limits may vary between plans. BazaarAAO may modify its plans, pricing, features, or benefits subject to applicable law and appropriate notice.
Customers may request cancellation of an order subject to the applicable seller and product cancellation policy. Cancellation may not be available after an order has been processed, dispatched, or otherwise reached a stage where cancellation is not reasonably possible. Sellers may cancel orders due to product unavailability, operational limitations, pricing errors, or other legitimate reasons. BazaarAAO may cancel transactions where fraud, misuse, technical errors, policy violations, or other exceptional circumstances are identified.
Return, replacement, exchange, and refund eligibility may vary depending on the seller, product category, and applicable product policy. The return or refund policy applicable to a particular product should be clearly communicated to the customer wherever applicable. Customers should inspect the product and follow the applicable return or replacement procedure within the specified period. Refunds relating to seller products are generally processed according to the seller's applicable policy and the payment method used. BazaarAAO subscription refunds and cancellations are governed by the separate Subscription Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights available under applicable Indian law.
Delivery arrangements may be handled by the seller, a third-party delivery provider, or BazaarAAO, depending on the service offered. Delivery timelines provided on the platform are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, operational issues, product availability, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that products are properly packed and made available for delivery where applicable.
Customers must provide accurate contact, delivery, and order information. Customers must not misuse promotional offers, discounts, refunds, returns, or other platform features. Customers must not engage in fraudulent transactions or provide false information. Customers must treat sellers, delivery personnel, support staff, and other users respectfully. Customers must not use BazaarAAO for unlawful activities.
Users may be permitted to submit reviews, ratings, photographs, comments, or other content. Reviews and ratings should reflect genuine customer experiences. Users must not submit fake, misleading, abusive, defamatory, or promotional reviews disguised as genuine feedback. BazaarAAO may remove content that violates its policies or applicable laws. Users are responsible for ensuring that content they submit does not infringe the rights of others.
The BazaarAAO name, logo, website design, graphics, content, software, trademarks, and other platform materials belong to or are licensed to Media Wagon/BazaarAAO, unless otherwise stated. Users may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit platform content without prior authorization. Sellers retain ownership of their own trademarks, photographs, product information, and other materials they upload, subject to the rights granted to BazaarAAO for operating the platform.
BazaarAAO may collect and process information required to operate and improve the platform. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy. Information may be used for account management, business listings, customer support, transactions, communications, security, and service improvement. Users should review the Privacy Policy to understand how their information is collected, used, stored, and protected.
BazaarAAO may provide links, payment facilities, maps, communication tools, advertisements, or other services provided by third parties. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. BazaarAAO is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or performance of third-party websites or services.
Users agree to be responsible for claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from their violation of these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws. Sellers are responsible for claims arising from their products, services, listings, representations, or business activities. This provision applies to the extent permitted by applicable law.
BazaarAAO may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on the platform with the applicable effective date. Continued use of BazaarAAO after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable law. Users and BazaarAAO should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication. Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
